The brief

A couple stationed in Jacksonville with a deployment on the calendar wanted a black-tie-optional waterfront celebration that felt warm, not stuffy, and a plan that could flex if dates shifted.

The challenge

A hurricane-season date, guests flying in from six states, and one partner away for most of the planning window.

Our approach

A weather-proof tent plan from day one, weekly video check-ins so both partners stayed in the loop, a shared budget dashboard, and a vendor team chosen for flexible rescheduling terms.
