What we collect

• Inquiry form details you choose to send: your name, email, phone, preferred contact method, event type, date, guest count, venue, budget range, and notes about your vision.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and reliability.
• We do not use advertising trackers. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and plan your event.
• To keep records required for contracts, invoices, and taxes.
• We never sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, form processor, and email or accounting tools, only as needed to provide their service.
• Event vendors (venues, caterers, florists, photographers) only when you ask us to coordinate with them for your event.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for up to 24 months if we don't work together, and client records for as long as tax and contract laws require.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@casasocialco.com.

Children

Our site is meant for adults planning events. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above.
